Friars Goose to Tyne Bridge

At end of the traffic free path bear ahead then right down through the "Elephant on the Tyne" car park to join the new riverside traffic free path leading to South Shore Road.

Continue a head on road, passing scrap yards (R) to T-jcn - turn right downhill then left along South Shore Road passing gravel works (R) towards the Baltic building.

Choice of route
1/. Continue staright ahead passing Baltic (R)
or
2/. At wye junction turn right onto path around the car park and follow promenade to the Baltic Square.
Cross the Baltic Square and up the vehicle access ramp back onto South Shore Road again.

Continue ahead passing HMS Caliope (R), Sage Music Centre (L) and under the Tyne Bridge

	Up river to Blaydon
	Return down river

Cross river link to Hadrian's Cycleway via Gateshead Millennium Bridge Turn right down vehicle access ramp on to Baltic Square and cross the river to Newcastle (links to Hadrian's Cycleway website which will open in a new window)
Up river to Scotswood	Down river to Tynemouth
