Disclaimer
The Hadrian's
Cycleway Guide is designed to act as a resource centre for the HCW cycle
route and as such it's aim is to offer you tips, advice and (hopefully!)
helpful pointers to enable you to plan your trip more confidently which
means you can pre-plan your trip and concentrate more on the cycling than
the worrying - or at least that's the theory!
All
of this means that I offer you bits of information which are given in
good faith and, as far as is possible, up to date and correct. However
by using and/or acting upon the information contained in The HCW Guide
you must accept all responsibility for using and/or acting upon that information.
The HCW Guide (nor any of its contributors or myself) cannot be held responsible
or liable for any claim or loss arising from the use of any information
provided by the HCW Guide. If in any doubt about any of the information
offered it is up to you to double check all information contained within,
or on sites linked to, The HCW Guide.
Accommodation
None of the accommodation providers listed in the HCW Guide have been
inspected by the HCW Guide nor can The HCW Guide vouch for any of the
establishments listed. If I hear bad reports on any of the accommodation
providers listed then they lose their listing on the guide but that is
as far as the HCW Guide's input goes. All bookings are done direct by
you with the proprietors and you should satisfy yourself as to the suitability
of the establishment or any of the claims it makes. Remember to double
check all details with the establishment as this guide cannot be held
responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions nor for any loss arising
as a result of information (real or false) contained within The HCW Guide.
Basically, all of the above means that I am offering a service to cyclists
wishing to attempt the HCW cycle route and in return I ask you not to
sue me if any of that 'good' advice turns out to be duff!
