Mile	Guide Notes
173.0	Continue straight ahead, to the Fish Quay area, at public convenience bear left to the the cross roads, with The "New Dolphin" PH (R) and Artwork on the corner.
173.2	Turn right on Clifford Street - passing between fish process factories - cross directly over Clifford Fort Moat to join promenade. Continue a head on promenade passing the Millennium Milepost (R) 30E.
	The Tynemouth Finish comes into view.
174.0	Just before the promenade ends bear left up the steep slope to the Spanish Battery, passing the START / FINISH signs.
